Shipping

Shipping within the United States

We use a variety of national companies such as UPS, FedEx and USPS to ship to our customers within the United States. 

When offered, our free shipping only applies to the Lower 48 States. We are happy to ship to Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada; please contact our helpful Customer Service Experts to receive a quote. We cannot ship to PO Boxes. Non standard shipping surcharges will apply to isolated service areas such as remote areas, areas not readily accessible by a delivery vehicle, etc, as defined by the shipper. These circumstances occur less than 1% of the time.

Shipping outside of the United States

We ship all over the world regularly via TNT Air Express. For more information and shipping costs for most international areas: CLICK HERE.

Please note that international shipping costs may not include extra surcharges, such as insurance, brokerage or special delivery instructions. A full quote of shipping costs will be calculated upon order processing, and you will be given the opportunity to cancel the order if the shipping costs are too high. Once a shipment is agreed to, and delivery has been scheduled, no further canceling can take place. Our normal returns process would still be available, if you change your mind. However, shipping costs would not be refundable. 

In addition, shipping costs never include customs fees, duties and/or taxes by the destination country. It is the responsibility of the receipient to understand what those additional fees, duties and/or taxes may be, and to accept responsibility for paying any of these charges at the time of delivery. 

Delivery Times

An estimate of the Delivery Time will be provided at the time your order is processed. The total delivery time for your order is calculated from the time your order is placed until the time you receive it. In stock products will usually ship out the same day, but may take longer if an order is place over a weekend or holiday.

For out of stock products, a shipment will usually ship within 1 week. If there will be any additional time required to process your order, we will notify you immediately to confirm the delivery period. This time is needed for products may be on backorder from the manufacturer.  

Did your shipment arrive damaged or defective?

Please report damaged or defective merchandise to us immediately by e-mail or phone. Photos of the items and the packaging would be greatly appreciated and will speed up our resolution process.

We strongly recommend at the time of delivery, if you notice any cartons that look dented, crushed, or just not right, OPEN them immediately and inspect the contents. If the contents appear to be damaged, please notate it on the delivery ticket, refuse that item (only), and contact us as soon as possible for instructions.

You should never discard the packaging materials for any damaged or potentially damage shipment. No claims can be made without the packaging.
